About Dink Desk
Dink Desk was created to make life easier for pickleball coaches.
One phrase we often tell students is:
“Pickleball is about making your life easier.”
The same idea applies to coaching.
Most coaches don’t start with a clean system. They start with text messages, spreadsheets, Venmo notes, Facebook comments, signup forms, scattered schedules, and a growing list of players to manage. That works for a while, until it becomes too much to hold together.
Dink Desk is built to simplify that process.
We’re creating a clean, coach-friendly platform where pickleball coaches can manage clinics, lessons, players, public signups, schedules, and coaching information in one place. The goal is simple: spend less time organizing and more time coaching.
Dink Desk is being shaped around real coaching workflows, from recurring clinics to drop-in players to community-based programs. We’re focused on building practical tools that help coaches stay organized, look professional, and create a smoother experience for their players.
Right now, Dink Desk is in early access / closed beta. We’re working closely with coaches to improve the product, refine features, and build something genuinely useful for the pickleball community.
