Using Dink Desk

Dink Desk provides tools for pickleball coaches to manage clinics, lessons, players, public signup pages, and related communications. By using the service, a coach agrees to use it only for lawful business or coaching purposes.

Accounts

Coaches are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity that happens through their account. Information provided during signup should be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.

Coach responsibility

Coaches are responsible for the sessions they publish, the information they share with players, and any policies they communicate through Dink Desk. Dink Desk does not process payments for coaches unless that changes in a future version of the product.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for spam, fraud, abusive behavior, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the app. Dink Desk may suspend or terminate access for misuse or for actions that create risk for other users or the platform.

Availability

Dink Desk tries to provide a reliable service, but the app is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may change over time, and features may be updated, added, or removed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dink Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the service during the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

Dink Desk may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means the updated terms apply.
